These Terms are a binding agreement between you and The Swedish Trust K.B., a limited partnership (Kommanditbolag) registered in Stockholm, Sweden, entity ID 969794-1939, which operates the Swedcoin project and the swedcoin.io website. By using the site or acquiring SWED you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. Nature of SWED

SWED is a utility token on the Tron blockchain (TRC-20). SWED is not a security. It does not represent equity, ownership, a share of profit, a dividend, a loan, or any claim on the assets or revenue of the company. Holding SWED does not entitle you to any return, and no return of any kind is promised or implied. SWED exists to provide access to and to fuel the Swedish Trust on chain trust deed system.

2. No investment, legal, or tax advice

Nothing on the site is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, and nothing is an offer or solicitation of a security. You are solely responsible for your decisions and should take independent advice before acquiring any digital asset.

3. Eligibility and restricted persons

You confirm you are at least 18 and have full legal capacity. You may not use the site or acquire SWED if doing so is unlawful in your jurisdiction. The token sale is not offered to United States persons, and is not available to anyone in a country or territory subject to comprehensive sanctions, including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions.

4. Self custody and wallets

SWED is acquired through your own self custody Tron wallet (for example TronLink, OKX, Bitget, or TokenPocket). The company never holds your keys or your funds. You are responsible for your wallet, your seed phrase, and your transactions. Blockchain transactions are irreversible, and the company cannot recover funds sent in error.

5. The presale

SWED may be acquired during the official presale using TRX, USDT (TRC-20), or USDC (TRC-20), sent through the official smart contract on Tron. Presale terms, price, and supply are as published on the site and are enforced on chain. Always verify the official contract on TronScan before sending funds.

6. No guarantee of value or liquidity

The market, and only the market, determines any price of SWED. The company does not promise, support, or guarantee any price, appreciation, or the existence of a market. Any illustrative figure published by the company is hypothetical and is not a forecast or promise.

7. Prohibited use

Using the site for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any unlawful purpose.
Attempting to interfere with, exploit, or reverse engineer the smart contracts or the site.
Misrepresenting your jurisdiction or eligibility.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the company and its representatives are not liable for market losses, for any indirect or consequential damage, or for loss caused by your own error, including sending funds to a wrong address or network. Digital assets are volatile and you may lose the entire amount you commit. The site is provided as is, without warranty of any kind.

9. Intellectual property

The Swedcoin name, logo, and site content are the property of the company and may not be copied or reused without permission, except for normal viewing of the site.

10. Changes and governing law

The company may update these Terms, and the current version is always the one posted here. These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, and any dispute shall be subject to the competent courts of Stockholm, save where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
