This policy explains what data The Swedish Trust K.B. (operator of Swedcoin) processes when you use swedcoin.io. We collect as little as possible, we do not sell your data, and we honour the rights given by the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Data we process

Blockchain data (public): when you connect a wallet or transact, your public Tron address and transaction are recorded permanently and publicly on the Tron blockchain. This is inherent to all blockchain use and cannot be erased by us.
Approximate location: we may read an approximate country from your IP address only to apply the eligibility and sanctions restrictions in our Terms.
Communications: if you email us, we keep that correspondence to answer you.

2. Cookies

The site uses only the local browser storage needed to run the application and to remember your language and wallet connection. It does not run advertising or third party tracking cookies, and it does not load third party analytics without your action.

3. Legal basis

We process approximate location on the basis of our legitimate interest and legal obligation to restrict access where required. We do not use your data for automated decisions that produce legal effects on you.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Public blockchain data is, by design, visible to everyone. We may disclose information where required by law.

5. Retention

We keep email correspondence only as long as needed to assist you. On chain data is permanent and outside our control.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you, and you may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Contact info@swedcoin.io. We cannot alter or delete public blockchain records.
