Since launch, the original SWED supply of 200,000,000 has been reduced to 77,999,993 SWED. That means more than 122 million SWED, roughly 61% of the entire supply, has been permanently taken out of circulation through on-chain burns. Burned tokens are gone for good. They cannot be recovered, re-minted, or moved by anyone.
SWED is designed to be deflationary. As the Swedish Trust system is used, supply is retired rather than expanded, so the token that fuels it becomes progressively scarcer over time. This is a structural design choice, not a promise about price. SWED remains a utility token, it confers no dividend, no profit share, and no guaranteed return.
You never have to take our word for it. The SWED contract and its live total supply are public:
Swedcoin fuels the Swedish Trust, an on-chain system for verifiable trust deeds operated by The Swedish Trust K.B. in Stockholm. The goal is proof you can verify, not a promise you must believe.
